Technical Project Manager at Berg Propulsion

As a Technical Project Manager, you will be at the forefront of our Naval Solutions, owning and executing technical solutions that push the boundaries of innovation. You'll develop initial offerings in ILS and numerical shock, providing crucial technical sales support for ongoing projects. Your role will ensure that our sales projects are delivered with high quality, optimized, and competitive product/solution offerings, all while building strong relationships with both internal teams and external suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and specification of new solutions specific to the naval space.
• Perform and present analyses and comparisons between different solutions.
• Present our product/solution offerings to sales account managers and external customers.
• Represent Berg Propulsion at conferences and sales meetings.

The role also includes recommending and configuring technical solutions for propulsion offerings, approving Design To Orders (DTO) for NET items, and providing feedback to enhance tools and processes for more efficient propulsion offerings. You'll engage suppliers to find the best and most competitive product/solution offerings, ensuring that Berg Propulsion remains at the cutting edge of naval technology.

To be successful:

You will need to work closely with team members and other leaders to secure deliveries on commitments. Your background should include a university degree in engineering or equivalent, with at least 10 years of relevant working experience. We are looking for someone who is flexible in their way of working, creative in their thinking, and thrives in creating structure. A team player with excellent communication skills, you always listen to our customers' needs and strive to meet them.
